Lilley Lactation

My name is Stephanie Lilley. I am an RN, IBCLC as well as a wife to Brad, and a proud mother of four, to Henry, Georgia, Benji and Clyde.

I have over a decade of experience working with moms and babies as a labor and delivery nurse. Additionally, I have had my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification for 8 years and have used that skill set  in the hospital setting & in my local community.

After having my oldest child, I decided to become a lactation consultant. Henry was born premature and required supplementation after feedings. I remember going back to work after having him with this new sense of confidence while working with my patients and their new bundles of joy. I knew getting my IBCLC would be such an asset to my patients. What I didn't know was each one of those sweet, ornery, little people pictured (to the right) would have their own set of feeding difficulties. 

I believe that my personal experience with breastfeeding combined with my knowledge as a bedside nurse and IBCLC gives me the ability to understand the unique challenges that breastfeeding mothers face.

It is my mission to empower and support mothers on their breastfeeding journey. By providing excellent care, based on a foundation of knowledge, compassion, and a deep love for what I do. I believe that every mother deserves personalized care and guidance, which is why I provide in-home & virtual lactation consultations.
